Operations Compliance Officer. Assists in development of strategic planning and long-term sustainability for Agency programs and projects. Monitors programs and projects to ensure compliance with federal, state, local and Agency policies and procedures. Monitors fixed assets and conducts periodic inventories to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Advanced oral and written communication skills and advanced-level managerial skills required. Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university, required. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in a public housing agency, municipality, regulatory agency, or private industry with at least five (5) of those years in a managerial or supervisory capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must currently have or be able to obtain a Public Housing Management Certification and other pertinent housing program certifications, as required.
Must have acceptable driving and criminal records and valid NC Driver’s License. Pre- and post- employment drug testing will be conducted.
